1. What size should I get?
Choosing a size is easy. Simply measure your wrist size according to your comfort. If you would like your watch to bangle be sure to add the suitable length to your wrist measurement. Next you choose a watch face to go with your watchband. To determine the correct band size: Take your total wrist measurement and subtract the length of the face and you will get the correct band size.

2. Why do I need to register to receive the “buy 5, get 1 free”?
We need you to register so that we can track your orders. Once you have purchased five bands we will issue you a store credit or send you a gift certificate. Your store credit is automatically applied to your next order when you sign in. If your current order includes six or more bands you may enter the promo code: "Buy5Get6" to receive your sixth band for free. Your free band does not include shipping. If you already have a punch card you may send it in and we will make a note in your online account. 3. What if I order the wrong size?
A: Size exchanges must be postmarked within 5 days of delivery date. Just send it with your complete contact information including the new size. You will be charged a $2.00 shipping and handling fee and a $2.00 restocking fee for each item exchanged. The Returned item must still be in brand new condition and have all the packaging and original contents included to be in resalable condition. Please ship back to our main office address in a bubble mailer with original wrapping or in a priority box.
To avoid shipping costs bring it in to any of our locations and we will adjust it for $2.00 service fee. We will call for pick-up when it is ready. Please refer to our exchange policy for further questions.
Any additional adjustments or changes will require a $1.00 service charge.

4. Is there a warranty on my purchase?
We personally string each of our watchbands with durable stretch elastic. If a watchband breaks within 60 days of your purchase, we will re-string your band for free. Please return the band including all the beads and parts in a bubble mailer. (Missing beads are an extra charge) If you need a repair that is past the 60 day warranty we require a $6.00 service charge (which includes shipping). Watch faces are guaranteed for one year against manufacturer’s defects. This does not include the crystal.
5. What do I receive when I host a party?
Please visit our “Host a Party” page to see all the details of hosting a party.
We also have "Virtual Parties" available. We can provide you with an e-vite or you may use the party button provided on our blog and the virtual party page. All you need to do is forward the invitation to all of your friends or post on your blog, facebook, twitter, etc. When your friends register and purchase items you will be rewarded with store credit according to your party sales. Your friends will need to use your custom party code in the promotion box so that we can track their orders.

6. If I give a watch as a gift can they trade it if they don't like it?
We will allow a trade if it is within 5 days of the delivery date. However, You will be charged a $2.00 shipping and handling fee and a $2.00 restocking fee for each item exchanged. We do not accept trades 5 days after the purchase. If you are purchasing for a Birthday or similar event we suggest you do the bill to ship to option. This way the have the option to see the item and exchange it within the 5 day limit. For the Christmas Holiday season we have extended the exchange to 5 days after Christmas with proof of purchase. Items must be postmarked with 5 days after Christmas. Please refer to the exchange policy for further information. If this is a great concern we would like to remind you that we do offer gift certificates that can be printed from you computer or sent in the mail. We apologize for the inconvenience.
7. What is the return policy?
In order to return any item you must e-mail us at laniece@beadsbanglesandbands.com or cherie@beadsbanglesandbands.com to obtain a return authorization. Due to our product being interchangeable we can not return items that are past 5 days of delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience. Any packages without return authorization will be refused. Returns must be postmarked within 5 days of delivery date. Returns must still be in brand new condition and have all the packaging and original contents included to be in resalable condition. Please ship back to our main office address in a bubble mailer with original wrapping or in a priority box. Beads, Bangles, and Bands is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. No credit will be given for items returned or postmarked after 5 days; or not in NEW SALEABLE condition with all packing material included. You will receive credit for the amount paid for the product on your invoice. (If the product was on sale, your credit will be for the sale price.) 10. Do we offer any discounts?
Yes, we frequently run store promotions. Follow our blog or join the mailing list to be updated with the latest promotion codes. Also, look for additional codes whenever we do giveaways on other blogs. So have your friends follow our blog!
11. Why does my band have different beads than pictured?
In some cases we are waiting on a bead shipment and we need to substitute a bead or two. We strive to make the watch band have the same look. The majority of the beads that we substitute are only minor beads.
